ComIn Women

In order to develop their career prospects, refugees require orientation and counselling, as well as the opportunity to gain initial experience of the German labour market. Refugee women also need a sheltered framework within which they can improve their prospects. We therefore start with information events on education, training, careers and childcare. In the second step, women are given one-to-one counselling at places they know in order to plan the further steps in their professional development with them.

Further information can be found in the flyer.

NEW! The flyer is available in 5 languages: Farsi, Amharic, Arabic, Tigrinya and Urdu. Let us know in which language you would like us to send you the flyer.

The ComIn Women project was preceded by the successful ComIn Berufliche Beratung und Arbeitsmarktintegration model project which was supported by the JPMorgan Chase Foundation, the State of Hesse and the City of Frankfurt am Main. The continuation of the ComIn women project for women with experience of fleeing problem zones has made it possible to put the programme onto a permanent footing.
